~薄荷巧克力冰皮月饼~ (可做60g~8粒份量)

冰皮料:

80g 糕粉
60g 糖粉
25g 白油
90g 水
数滴薄荷香精
数滴色素
适量澄面粉(手粉)

馅料:
190g 莲蓉馅
50g Oreo饼碎

做法:
1.)把馅料拌匀。分2成每份30g搓圆备用。
2.)把所有冰皮料拌匀。分出每份30g。
3.)皮压扁,包上馅料,搓圆,拍上少许澄粉,放入月饼模按出形状。
4.)冷冻片刻,即可食用。
