班兰冰皮月饼

材料:
130g – 香港糕粉
35g – 澄面粉
35g – 低筋面粉
135g – 糖粉(过筛)
50g 白油
120g 冰水
30g 新鲜香兰叶汁

125g模型~低糖莲蓉+翡翠莲蓉80×9份

做法 :
1. 香港糕粉+澄面粉+低筋面粉过筛 (全部一起放进烤炉180度10-15分钟)

2. 把全部材料拌匀, 搓成有弹性的粉团后,放入冰箱休息30分钟,才取出来把馅料包入,再用月饼模印出花纹,即可收藏在冰箱冷藏。
